What is the return policy?
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. This is because our print service fulfills your order at the time of purchase. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at thecreativejene@gmail.com. In order to receive a refund or an exchange, please provide a photo of your order. We’ll be happy to assist and reship your order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to address any concerns promptly.
How long does shipping usually take?
Our shipping process usually spans 7 - 14 business days. The fulfillment of your order by our print service typically takes 2 - 5 business days, followed by an additional 5 - 8 business days for standard shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
